At the Scott Mission we believe that all kids deserve a holiday at summer camp, no matter what the financial restraints of their families. Attending the Scott Mission Camp is a unique experience. It offers kids an opportunity to get out of the city and enjoy fun, creative activities. It allows kids to develop friendships with other campers and counsellors in a positive, caring environment where the love of Christ is demonstrated through words and actions.

Our staff are normally students, but this is not a necessity. We employ around 40 people over the summer. The people we hire must be serious about serving God and serious about providing a camp experience for our guests. Staff should be ready to experience new things — anything from camping outdoors to learning a new dance from campers! We are looking to hire people who are ready for the adventure that summer camp provides for both campers and staff.

All potential staff must go through a strict screening process to ensure the safety of our campers. All staff must produce references for previous employers and must complete Police Reference Checks from thier local police department. Please read our entire Staff Security Clearance Process here.
